I’m now at the point that I’m getting tired of eating tofu so I might have to stop eating it for awhile. I just have to finish the remaining tofu that I bought and then I’ll have a restraining period for it 😅 Today, I’m sharing the recipe for Sweet and Sour Tofu.
It’s basically the same recipe as the popular ones. The only difference is the usage of protein. In this case, it’s tofu. So the difference in taste is only due to the protein that you use in the recipe. Of course, for vegans and tofu enthusiasts, the Sweet and Sour Tofu is a great recipe to follow.
