I love pork belly and I super love tofu so bringing my two favourite ingredients together would be perfect! And what would go wrong with an adobo recipe?

I love this recipe of Pork Adobo with Tofu. It was super flavorful and the pork was so tender. I think cutting the pork into smaller portion is a huge factor why the pork is tender. I’m adding this to my favorite recipes 😃
