I have an oversupply of tofu so you’ll see a lot of tofu recipes here. I still have about 1.5 kilos in the refrigerator and I need to cook them fast, haha! Today, I’m sharing the recipe for Tofu Satay with Peanut Sauce.
While this recipe of Tofu Satay with Peanut Sauce is still considered easy, I had some challenges in making the sauce stick to the tofu while frying them. But it ended up okay still and it was delicious! I honestly didn’t need the dip but I prepared it nevertheless.
