Cabbage is one of the veggies that doesn’t expire easily. So without a recipe in mind, I just continue to get cabbage whenever I go to the market. It’s not hard to find a good recipe for it since cabbage is pretty versatile. Today, I’m sharing Sautéed Cabbage with Ground Pork and Tofu which I cooked today.
I’m trying to stay away from pork but I guess it’s quite impossible so I settled to being a flexitarian. I do try to stay away still but I’m not depriving myself. Most veggie dishes works better with a lil pork included. Just like this recipe of Sautéed Cabbage with Ground Pork and Tofu! 😀
