Adobo Pork Chops

Since I’m on a roll for adobo recipes, why not try out Adobo Pork Chops as well? Of course, the end result is that it tasted like adobo but using a different main ingredient 😋

Do I prefer pork chops over pork belly as a main ingredient for pork adobo? Nope! Pork belly is still the best protein for the adobo. But this is a good alternative if you’re tired of the usual fried pork chops.
