I still have 2 small cans of sardines in the pantry so I cooked up a dish using them today. I didn’t want to just open the can and heat it then that’s it. I wanted to cook something that would be a bit special and that is Stir-Fried Sardines with Ampalaya!
I realized I just poured the dish into the serving plate without even thinking about food design. So at first glance, you might not have noticed that there is actually sardines. It was covered in sauce, garlic and ampalaya. The dish turned out great and delicious! If you still have tons of sardines in your pantry, you might want to give this recipe a try! 😀
