Ever since I visited Thailand a few months back, I couldn’t forget that I should try to cook Basil Pork. The dish was available in every Thai restaurant in Bangkok. One time I ordered it, I loved it so much but I just couldn’t eat it because they put too much chili in it. So I said, I’ll make sure I’ll cook this at home with the right amount of spiciness.
The only difficult action step for me was to find basil leaves. The cooking itself was a breeze and the result? Much much better! This will be in my menu when I setup a Thai-themed dinner for my friends. So here’s my recipe for Basil Pork. 😃
