Adobong Sitaw with Pork

Another adobo recipe. Yes, this is adobo recipe week, hehehe! This time it’s pork with sitaw vegetable. Another dish that I super love and enjoy! This Adobong Sitaw with Pork with bits of fried garlic on top is delicious!

A combination of tender meat, crunchy vegetable and crispy garlic is perfect! Just this Adobong Sitaw with Pork dish is enough to pair with plain white rice. You have both veggies and pork in one dish.
