I enjoy eating almondigas. It’s one of those dishes you want to eat when you’re feeling down. Since I was able to finally make meatballs on my own, I can now prepare Almondigas! Even without the meatballs, I still love the dish as misua soup is one of my favorites as well!
As I write this post, I suddenly remember eating Almondigas. But I already finished the batch that I cooked. Should I cook it again? Maybe, haha! Almondigas is basically meatballs, patola and misua soup! It’s one of the distinct Filipino dishes which is super yummy!
