In the past, I am a bit skeptical in cooking my own meatballs. I thought it was hard to prepare but after adapting this recipe, I’m a convert. It’s actually super duper easy to make Beef balls. So I’m sharing the recipe with you too. You need to have an oven though.
Apart from the Beef Balls being easy to prepare, it’s also super yummy. Usually, people will freeze these balls up and use in a variety of recipes. But this one is also already good on its own. Yum!
Beef Balls
Ingredients
- 1 piece egg
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 piece onion minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 500 grams ground beef.
Instructions

preheat oven to 177 degrees celsius.

In a large glass bowl, combine egg, water, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and ground beef.

use 2 spatulas or your hands to combine all ingredients well.

form 1-inch meatballs from the mixture and place on a baking sheet or broiler pan.

Bake at 177 degrees for 30 minutes.

Use the beef balls for another recipe or eat it by itself. Enjoy!
