Rellenong ampalaya must be one of the challenging dish I’ve prepared but boy, it was worth it! The way it looks, it’s like it came out of a restaurant. I enjoyed serving this and was so proud as to how it tasted!
I don’t use my oven much so I’m glad that I was able to try this out. I cooked it for another 5 minutes in the oven as I want to make sure that the pork is cooked all the way through.
