Whenever I feel unwell and can’t get myself to cook or prepare food, I would go for instant ramen! My go-to-brand? Shin Ramyun!
The most basic variation to this Instant Korean Ramen is put a poached egg and some fresh green onions! I learned from Maangchi that we just need to put the egg directly into the boiling noodles and keep it there for one minute. The result? A super yummy hot ramen! I will try to look for more ways to cook Shin Ramyun and will post here as I discover and try some!
