Instant Korean Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 package Korean Ramyeon
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1 piece egg
  • 2 pieces green onion

Instructions

  1. On a small pot, boil water over high heat.

  2. Add noodles and soup packet. Cover and boil for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Turn the noodles over.

  4. Crack the egg directly into the boiling noodles. Cover and cook for another 1 minute. Do not stir.

  5. Remove ramen from the heat.  Add green onions and the dried veggie packet to the ramen.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
