I love sinigang and I especially love Pork Sinigang. However, I really need to stay away from red meat. So here I am, I cooked Sinigang na Hipon (Shrimp Sinigang) instead. Whenever I go to Dampa, this is my go-to-order. Since Dampa has fresh seafood, their Shrimp Sinigang is to crave for!
Well, my own adaptation is great too! It’s nice to be able to enjoy the dish I love at the comfort of my own home. You can really taste the shrimp flavor in the soup. Perfect whenever you want hot flavorful soup. That’s Sinigang na Hipon for you. 😃
