I love Korean food. I especially love the authentic Korean restaurants. Not just because the food is yummy but they are so generous too! Even if I just order like 3 dishes, I still get about 5-8 variants of appetizers for free. One of those staples is Chinese Scallion Pancakes. So I tried to cook it on my own last weekend 😀
I tried to follow the original recipe but it didn’t work for me. So with this, I added eggs. With eggs included in the batter, it became much much more delicious!
