I love eating peanuts while working. I guess it’s psychological for me. I needed to munch on something when I’m hard at work. In the past, I would eat junk food. But then, as I started appreciating good health, I consciously removed junk food from my diet. So I’m learning how to prepare snacks on my own. One of them is this Chinese Fried Peanuts!

I do like salty snacks so I tend to put a lot more salt than usual. This bowl took me about a week to finish. It’s just nice that I have a snack ready to get and eat whenever I need. This is the Chinese version where it’s cooked with just oil.
