Another ground meat dish. I know, I know. I just love how easy and as flavorful they are when cooked as compared with whole meat. Plus, I haven’t really tried all the recipes I can adopt for ground meat. So here’s one that I tried: Sautéed Green Beans with Ground Beef.
Green beans is a vegetable that I love to cook with. Apart form it having a longer shelf life in the refrigerator, there’s the crunchy texture that I appreciate when eating it. This is yet another simple recipe to replicate. read up and enjoy!
Sautéed Green Beans with Ground Beef
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 kilo ground beef
- 1 piece onion minced
- 1 piece tomato diced
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 piece napa cabbage chopped
- 1/4 kilo green beans sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a wok, heat oil.

add ground beef and cook until color of ground beef turned brown.

add onion, tomato and soy sauce. Combine ingredients together.

add napa cabbage and continue to cook for 7 minutes.

add garlic powder and black pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.

remove from heat and serve dish on a plate. enjoy!
