How good is Bicol Express? How yummy is Gising Gising? How about combining the two? Oh yes, it’s Bicol Express Gising Gising! And it’s soooooooooo freakin’ good!!
Panlasang Pinoy has always been a constant inspo for Filipino recipes. I don’t think I’ve ever considered any of the recipes I followed from his site as a failure. This one is definitely one of my faves. Considering the similarities of the ingredients between Bicol Express and Gising Gising, it made perfect sense to mash them up.
