Ever since I ate the first beef taco I prepared, I knew that I would want to eat it again but this time using different ingredients. I recall I was eating them so happily even the day after. It was such an enjoyable snack and can be a full meal if you eat a lot, but I just couldn’t forget how good it was. So here it is, my 2nd attempt of Ground Beef Taco.
This one has avocados, sour cream and the meat had tomato paste instead of spaghetti sauce. I liked the other variant better but this is still super yummy! Ground Beef Tacos will always be a favorite. I’ll try another variant in the future 😉
Ground Beef Taco
Ingredients
- 6 Pieces taco shells
Ground Beef Mixture
- 1/2 Kilo ground beef
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 Cup beef broth
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Taco Toppings
- 2 cups lettuce washed & chopped
- 1 Piece avocado sliced
- 1/2 Cup salsa
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 1/2 Cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1/4 Cup red onion minced
Instructions
Prepare Taco Toppings

Have all taco toppings ready. Place each ingredient in one small container.
Ground Beef Mixture

Prepare ground beef mixture by heating oil in a wok over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until well-broken up and meat well-cooked.

Add taco seasoning and combine well with ground beef.

Add tomato paste and stir ingredients again.

Add beef broth and bring beef mixture to a simmer until all flavors are absorbed by the meat. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Remove from wok and set aside.
Taco assembly

Divide cooked meat mixture evenly between the 6 taco shells.

Add your chosen taco toppings. Propose to add a lil bit of everything.
