Whenever I go to Greenhills, I always look forward to buy tacos at the 4th floor of Shoppesville. It’s a bit expensive though. And since we are in COVID19 situation, I just have to do something about my cravings. So here I finally tried out making my own Beef Tacos.
And boy, it was super duper yummy! I intend to find more ways of prepping Beef Tacos as this was sooo good. It has a different taste as the one I buy at Greenhills but it’s so yummy because there’s no limit in putting lots of ingredients inside the taco shells. 🌮
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Piece Onion Minced
- 1/4 Cup Ground beef
- 115 Grams Italian style pizza sauce
- salt To taste
- pepper To taste
- 6 Pieces Taco shells
- 2 Pieces Tomatoes Cubed
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar cheese Grated
- 1 Piece Lettuce Shredded
In a wok, heat oil over medium heat.
Add onions and cook till translucent in color
Add beef and cook until color turns light brown.
Add Italian style pizza sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix ingredients and sauté for 3 more minutes. Set aside.
Bake taco shells in a preheated oven at 177 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes.
To serve, fill each taco shell with the sauteed mixture, tomatoes, cheese and lettuce. Enjoy!
