I’m always leaning towards dishes that are easy to cook. I guess I’ll be more experimental in the future but I would stick with the easy ones first. One of them is Sauteed Ground Chicken with Potatoes & Bell Peppers. It’s just a stir-fry dish and only takes a few minutes to prep and cook!
One thing I like about this is that since there’s potatoes, there is already carbohydrates. Thus, easy to fill up the stomach. Of course, I still prefer to eat everything with rice so I did just that with this Sauteed Ground Chicken with Potatoes & Bell Peppers dish. A big check on success!
