I tend to gravitate towards cooking simple dishes. I guess I’m just wary of time and amount of stuff I need to wash, haha! Anyhow, for today, it’s Ginisang Toge at Tokwa or Sauteed Mung Bean Sprout with Tofu. It’s a simple stir-fry with not much preparation needed. It’s just a 5-10 min cook! So easy!
Ingredients aren’t that many either, just the main veggie, protein and a few other ingredients. On top of it being delicious, Ginisang Toge at tokwa is also healthy.


Ginisang Toge at Tokwa
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 350 Grams firm tofu drained & cut into small cubes
- 1 Piece onion chopped
- 4 Cloves garlic minced
- 1 Piece carrots sliced thinly
- 4 Cups Mung bean sprouts cleaned
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- 
										In a wok, heat oil over medium heat. 
- 
										Add tofu and cook until crisp. Remove from wok and set aside. 
- 
										With the remaining oil, add onions and garlic. Saute until onions are soft. 
- 
										Add carrots and cook for another minute. 
- 
										Add tofu and mung bean sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes. 
- 
										Season with salt & pepper. Carefully mix ingredients together. 
- 
										Serve hot and enjoy!
