Adobong Kangkong with Fried Pork

Adobong Kangkong is such a yummy dish! I have cooked it before and always loved it! This time, I’m only going to use the Kangkong leaves and use super crispy pork belly! How cool is this version of Adobong Kangkong? It’s simply called Adobong Kangkong with Fried Pork.

All the variants of the Adobong Kangkong I tried were all yummy. This one is also good. It’s totally perfect that I got to cook this as I was cooking gising gising and didn’t need the leaves. So here we go, instant Adobong Kangkong with Fried Pork, yippee!
