Cook pork belly until oil comes out and pork becomes crispy.
Take out pork belly from wok and set aside.
In the same wok and oil from cooking pork belly, add garlic and onions.
Saute until onion is translucent. Add shrimp paste and mix.
Add vinegar and let boil.
Add soy sauce and stir all ingredients together
Add kangkong leaves and toss with the sauce.
Add salt & pepper to taste. Mix a bit more and sauté for another minute or two.
Place into a serving plate and enjoy!
