When I shop online for groceries, I tend to overbuy. Maybe because I’m trying to save up on delivery fees. An ingredient I always buy is tofu. So since I have like about 3 packs of tofu, I had to find some dishes to cook with them. Today, I’m sharing Spicy Kangkong & Tofu dish!
This is one tasty dish and it felt good eating it coz I know it’s healthy! Plus, the sauce and the amount of spice is perfect. Thus, I think I had more than the usual 1 serving earlier, hehe! No regrets though!
