I stumbled upon the internet a corned beef recipe with tomatoes. I said to myself that I gotta try this one day and I did. So today, I’m sharing Corned Beef Hash. Another good breakfast dish best paired with newly cooked rice 🍚
It is quite a revelation for me as I enjoyed this corned beef hash with tomatoes. I’m not sure if it’s psychological but I felt it tasted better with it.
Corned Beef Hash
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Piece Onion Minced
- 1 Piece Potato Diced
- 1 Can Corned beef (Small size)
- 1 Piece Tomato Diced
- pepper To taste
In a wok, heat oil over medium heat
Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are cooked through. Set aside
in the same wok, add oil as needed.
Add garlic and onions and cook until onions are translucent
Add corned beef and potatoes. Mix ingredients well.
Add tomatoes and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Serve and enjoy!
