Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Piece Onion Minced
  • 1 Piece Potato Diced
  • 1 Can Corned beef (Small size)
  • 1 Piece Tomato Diced
  • pepper To taste

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat oil over medium heat

  2. Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are cooked through. Set aside

  3. in the same wok, add oil as needed.

  4. Add garlic and onions and cook until onions are translucent

  5. Add corned beef and potatoes. Mix ingredients well.

  6. Add tomatoes and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

  7. Add pepper.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
