This Bicol Express Pork Chops is the best pork chop dish I cooked so far hands down! I can easily eat 2 pieces in one sitting and i don’t mind finishing all the remaining sauce with it. It’s sooooo good! This is a must-try if you want to find a yummy dish to cook.

This Bicol Express Pork Chops dish has the right mix of flavors and it’s especially perfect if the pork chops are cooked right (not hard and not raw). I still remember very clearly how this tasted and it’s just unforgettable.
