Since most of the veggies I cooked recently had pork as a secondary ingredient, I deliberately chose a beef dish to cook next. Thus, the recipe today – Beef and Pepper Stir-fry. This was a super easy one as I always prefer whenever I cook.
This Beef and Pepper Stir-fry is so pepper-y! So if you like pepper, you would love this dish! I enjoyed this as it was moist and flavorful! The colors of the bell pepper made it look good too!
