Beef and Pepper Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 1 piece green bell pepper cubed
  • 1 piece red bell pepper cubed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper together. Leave it for 10 minutes.

  2. Add cornstarch and mix again all the ingredients until blended. Set aside.

  3. In a wok, eat oil over medium heat.

  4. Add onion and bell peppers. Cook for 3 minutes.

  5. Transfer out the onion and bell peppers and place in a bowl/plate. Set aside.

  6. With the remaining oil, add marinated beef. Cook for 9 minutes.

  7. Add the cooked onion and bell peppers. Combine all ingredients and cook for another 2 minutes.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
