I ordered a lot from a vegetable online shop as their delivery fee is a bit steep. So I was desperate to use what I ordered as they cannot be kept from the refrigerator for too long. So for this post, I’m sharing the dish I cooked with the cabbage, Stir-fry Cabbage and Ground Pork.
This stir-fry Cabbage and Ground Pork is a good complementary dish for a meal. But for me, as usual, I eat this alone with rice. I want my meals to be as convenient as possible. I don’t want to be washing too many dishes at night, haha!
Stir-Fry Cabbage and Ground Pork
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 piece onion sliced
- 4 pieces tomatoes cubed
- 250 grams ground pork
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 piece red bell pepper sliced into strips
- 1 piece green bell pepper sliced into strips
- 1 piece cabbage chopped
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
In a wok, heat oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Add onions and tomatoes. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add ground pork. Cook until pork turns into light brown in color.
Add chicken broth and let boil.
Cover wok and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add bell peppers and cabbage. Cover wok again and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add fish sauce and black pepper. Cook for another 1 minute.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
