Pork Sisig

With the pandemic happening, it’s a challenge to fight the food cravings. One of the dishes I missed is Pork Sisig. Since a lot of restaurants now offer their dishes pre-cooked, I bought one determined to cook it for satisfaction 😁

I add lots of chili, onions and calamansi. I also made sure that I overcooked the sisig a bit as I prefer it crunchy! The end result is craving satisfied! I know pork sisig is unhealthy but it doesn’t hurt to eat it every once in a while.
