When I was still studying, I would buy corn from the vendor and put so much butter in it. Now that I’ve learned how to cook, I don’t buy street food that much anymore. So today, the recipe is Corn on the Cob.
What I love about this recipe is I don’t need to scramble in putting butter in the corn. It’s quite messy to be honest. I have to get a knife, cut into the butter then spread it over the corn. With this recipe, we didn’t have to do that anymore. The flavors are already absorbed by the corn during the cooking process. And it’s easy, it’s just the corn, water, milk and butter! Perfect outcome! The only thing that I added after is salt.
