This morning, I didn’t want to eat a lot as I intended to have a heavy lunch. So I decided for a very quick Salted Eggs and Tomato Salad. It took me just 5 minutes to prepare and about 5 minutes to finish eating it too! haha!
The Salted Eggs and Tomato Salad is a very simple and quick dish but it’s yummy nevertheless. The salad is usually eaten with tuyo. But I ate it today without any other dishes. The pats gave the dish a kick! Love it!
Salted Eggs and Tomato Salad
Servings 4
Ingredients
- 2 pieces salted eggs cubed
- 2 pieces tomatoes cubed
- 1 tsp fish sauce
Instructions

In a small bowl, place salted eggs, tomatoes and fish sauce.

Mix well and serve!
