Adobong Sitaw with Chicken

I still have a bunch of sitaw in the refrigerator so I looked for a new recipe to cook with it. I discovered Adobong Sitaw with Chicken and it’s a good combination of protein and veggies. Perfect for lunch!

Adobong Sitaw with Chicken

I cut the chicken a lil too big but it still worked! With just the Adobong Sitaw with Chicken as my only main dish, it’s actually already enough coupled with plain rice. Try this recipe if you haven’t!
