This year, I’ve been trying to eat healthy. So for merienda, I always go for popcorn. But honestly, I’m getting tired of it. I’ve been going back to eating junk food every now and then and that really doesn’t feel good at all. So I tried the Avocado and Milk with Ice recipe. I remember eating this when I was still a little girl. Glad that I found the recipe for it because it was a good snack to eat! Super yummy!
It’s simple to prepare too! We just need avocado, powdered milk, sugar and ice then mix them all together. That’s it! The result is a yummy snack! Happy camper here! 😃
Avocado and Milk with Ice
Yield 2 servings
Inspired by Ang Sarap
- 3 pieces avocado
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 12 pieces ice cubes
- In a bowl, place avocados, milk and sugar.
- Mix all ingredients together using a spoon.
- Add ice cubes and mix together with rest of the ingredients.
- serve and enjoy!
