Yakisoba Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients

sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

yakisoba

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 piece onion sliced thinly
  • 1/2 head cabbage shredded
  • 10 ounces yakisoba noodles cooked
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine and mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. set aside.

  2. heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.

  3. add onions and cook until translucent in color.

  4. add cabbage and cook for another 3 minutes.

  5. add cooked yakisoba noodles and mix ingredients together and cook for another 2 minutes.

  6. add sauce mixture into the wok and combine with the noodles.

  7. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

  8. transfer to serving plates/bowls and top with green onions.
