Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the steak.
Heat wok over high heat. Add olive oil.
Add steak and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Remove from wok and set aside.
In the same wok, put 3 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add noodles and vegetable flakes from both the Neoguri and Chapagetti packages.
Cook for 3 minutes while stirring the noodles and vegetable flakes together.
Remove 1/4 cup of water from the wok.
Add the seasoning powder from both the Neoguri and Chapagetti packages.
Add the ribeye steak and stir for about 2 minutes.
Transfer to a plate then stir in the seasoning oil from the Chapagetti package.
