Pineapple Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 227 Grams crushed pineapple
  • 227 Grams pineapple chunks
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, add pineapple chunks and crushed pineapples (include the syrups).

  2. Cook pineapples until sauce is bubbling. I cooked it for about 10 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and add the chia seeds. Stir well the chia seeds and the pineapples.

  4. Place in a food processor and pulse till smooth.

  5. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside to cool.

  6. To serve, toast some buns and cook some ham. Place pineapple chia jam and cooked ham inside the buns. Enjoy!
