Hotdog Sardines

Ingredients

  • 500 grams hotdog sliced diagonally
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 piece onion cut into rings
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a wok, put hotdog and water. Bring to a simmer.

  2. When the water has dried up, add margarine and cook the hotdogs for 3 minutes.

  3. Place the hotdogs on one end of the wok. On the other end, add garlic and onions and saute for 1 minute. Then mix everything together.

  4. Add ketchup and water. Then bring to a simmer. Add sugar and mix all ingredients well.

  5. Transfer into a serving plate and enjoy!
