Ginisang Togue

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 piece onion minced
  • 250 grams ground pork
  • 250 grams togue (bean sprouts)
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat oil over medium heat.

  2. Add onions and saute for 2 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and saute for another minute.

  4. Add ground pork and cook until color turns light brown.

  5. Add togue (bean sprouts) and mix all ingredients together. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  6. Add fish sauce, salt and pepper.

  7. Remove from wok and serve!
