Black Gulaman Drink

Ingredients

Syrup

  • 3 Cups water
  • 2 Cups brown sugar

Black Gulaman

  • 540 Grams Grass Jelly chopped into very small cubes
  • 1.5 Liters cold water
  • 3/4 Tsp banana extract

Instructions

  1. First, make the syrup. In a saucepan, boil 3 cups of water. Then add the brown sugar. Stir continuously until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat and let cool.

  2. In a big pitcher, place the 1.5 liter cold water.

  3. Add the syrup then add the chopped black Gulaman.

  4. Place a few drops of banana extract (about 3/4 teaspoon).

  5. Stir the drink well. Serve with ice or as is. Enjoy!
