Adobong Mani

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 grams raw peanuts
  • 1 whole garlic separate into cloves and mash
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat oil over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and fry until golden brown in color and crispy. Remove garlic from wok and set aside.

  3. In the same wok, using the remaining oil, lower heat then add peanuts.

  4. Cook for 20 minutes while stirring occasionally.

  5. Once peanuts are cooked, put in a serving bowl.

  6. Add salt to taste and enjoy snacking!
