Adobong Giniling

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pieces potatoes diced
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 kilo ground pork
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 3 pieces bay leaves
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 10 pieces quail eggs hard-boiled

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat oil.

  2. Add potatoes and fry until potatoes are slightly brown in color. Set aside.

  3. In the same wok, add oil then garlic.

  4. add ground pork and cook until ground pork changes into light brown color.

  5. add soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, bay leaves and chili flakes

  6. simmer for 10 minutes and add water.

  7. add fried potatoes and hard-boiled quail eggs. Cook for a few more minutes.

  8. remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!
