Marinade beef in calamansi, soy sauce, pineapple juice, black pepper and garlic. Cover container in plastic wrap and let the mixture in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
In a wok over medium heat, saute garlic until cooked.
Add marinated beef and cook until juices come out.
Add remaining marinade to the wok.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer beef until soft and tender.
Add salt & pepper. Combine all ingredients.
Add onion rings and simmer until onions are caramelised.
Serve and enjoy!
