Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 kilo beef shank
  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp whole peppercorns
  • 3 pieces corn cut into 3 parts
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 piece small cabbage chopped
  • 1 bundle pechay chopped
  • 3 stalks green onions chopped

Instructions

  1. In a big pot, put in water and bring to a boil.

  2. Add beef shank, onions and whole peppercorns. Simmer for 2-3 hours.

  3. Add corn then simmer again for another 10 minutes.

  4. Add fish sauce, cabbage, pechay and green onions.

  5. Serve into bowls and enjoy!
