Stir-Fry Napa Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 1 head napa cabbage washed & sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Heat wok over medium heat and add olive oil.

  2. Add onions, ginger and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.

  3. Add napa cabbage and continue to saute for about 3 minutes.

  4. Add soy sauce and rice vinegar and stir well. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  5. Add sesame oil.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
