I have taken the Strengths Finder Assessment years ago and since then, I’ve been wanting to explore further and understand how I can leverage my “natural talents” better. I’ve long been curious about the Four Tendencies Framework. This is one developed by Gretchen Rubin, the author of The Happiness Project. Gretchen Rubin together with her sister has a podcast that I listen to everyday. They talk about the Four Tendencies a lot. I do have a hunch already based on their talks what tendency I have. I love taking personality tests. I feel that knowing what my personality is will help me focus more in improving myself. Having the data will help drive me to the right path with regards to what I need to strengthen and what I need to improve on.
