There was patola in the list of vegetables my usual vendor has for delivery so I researched for a recipe I can use with it. I ended up with Miswa at Patola Soup. It’s a popular recipe among Filipinos.
I have a usual liking for soups. Maybe because I kept having mouth sores due to my weak immune system. Having soups is not difficult for me to eat. 😀 This Miswa at Patola Soup is a good dish to have especially if it’s rainy season. Super filling and delicious!
