When I’m feeling lazy but hungry, ground meat dishes is my go to. For today, I’m sharing the recipe for Pork-Pina Guisado. It’s very easy to cook the dish yet it’s so filling on the stomach and can take me at least a day or two (with 2 meals) to devour 😛
The taste of Pork-Pina Guisado is on the sweet side with the raisins and pineapple in the mix but it’s a unique combination that we don’t usually eat in our meals. For ground pork dishes, the usual cook is adobo-type. So if you’re looking for an alternative to cooking ground pork, this recipe is a good option.
